And i clicked not viewable to non registered, banned or awaiting activation.
And when i sign out and come back on i can still see the forum and the threads and posts!
How can i stop this

First of all, this is not a bug.
Second, you must have missed something...
- Did you set the correct permissions?
Admin CP > Forum Management > Permissions
- Group permissions?
Admin CP > users & groups > manage groups.
No i know i havn't miss nothing!
Please PM me your forum URL & details of a temporary admin account for me so I can check it.

I went to your site's URL, clicked the staff forum and could not read the topics. They're just not hidden, but I can't read them.
I want it so you can't see it untill you got the group (permission)
I set 'Hide Private Forums?' under Forum Home Options to 'yes'. That's what it should be if you want the above... you shouldn't have changed that.
