No, there is only a phpbb2 style for mybb avaible. With MyBB 1.2 i plan to create a design which looks a bit like prosilver, here is a concept:

The above concept actually looks very nice. Hopefully it is still being pursued, I would love to see it.
I'm certainly not one to talk (after creating an AOL look alike Theme) but I think that especially since phpBB is a direct competitor forum software to MyBB that the subsilver theme is probably copyrighted to phpBB and they might not be very lenient to a port to their competitor software...
It plays no role if they are lenient or not! You can design a theme looking like phpBB, if you don't use there self made icons and you own html code. They can't assume you copyrigth offences, if you use the same colours or html code, which "looks like" there's.
