HI!
well!, i want to know is that one of my website is mainly based on RSS2POST

now i want to need to know what is the best time period to refresh the rss2post??
by default it's 90 minutes! but i want little less so which is better?

I think you could set it to 30min. You would have to ask DennisTT about this.
