Ok so I have a single category.

So how do I add categories?

How do I seperate the categories ?

How do I change the name of the category?

Admin CP -> Manage Forums

I suggest you have a play around with adding forums / categories. There are a lot of options.

First Log-in to your Admin CP
Then see the 3rd box down labeled Forum Management
Click on the link below it that says Add New Forum
Add your CATEGORY name where it wants you to name your forum
See where it says Display Order and put the order for this category to appear.
A few steps below this see Act as Forum?
You choose NO and it will become a category.
You must leave the next 2 choices (Active) and (Open) as YES otherwise the whole category will become invisible.
