I had a guess on my site and when you go to the complete list it said he was in a unknown location. What is this about?
Hover over the 'unknown location' part and look to which link it links ... most of the time this is caused by a plugin/modification.

Probably visiting a non-default mybbpage., if you hover the 'Unknown Location' link you should see the page in your 'status bar'; you can always add your own 'locations' to the online.php file so it won't show Unknown Location anymore. [
