I have several themes installed on myBB forum and I also have the warn mod.
The problem is that you cannot warn someone on the other themes.
The warn level and the warn button don't show up.
Where can I find that in the templates and manually add them in the other themes too?
And if I deactivate and then reactivate the mod... will it work?

I would try deactivating the mod, then reactivating.

The reason is because each theme you install, adds another templateset. And since plugins tend to edit templates, there's a conflict between the two.

I presume you installed some themes after you activated the plugin, and these new themes are the ones not showing the plugin correctly - right?

There is the option for more themes to use one templateset, if you use the same templateset, you will see the warning system.
Or you could open fws.php (one of them) and see what gets edited. And paste everything in each modified template.

Deactivating and -re will only make every fws related thing appear doubled, like:
