MyBB Community Forums

So I am reading up on this new conversion deal. I have 3 other forums and I use SMF. I want to convert them all to MyBB.

If I convert them to phpbb first and then MyBB, do you think I will lose any of my members, posts and so on?

I understand I will lose the mods but yall have better mods and a more professional way of installing them anyhow.

How long do you see the smf to phpbb to mybb taking for just one forum?

That would depend on the size of the forum in question, and honestly, as we neither work with SMF or phpBB, we could not say.

look what i suggest..backup the database and the files on server..download wamp server and install the copy in localhost ..and try to use a convertor ..and see the result.if it's ok convert the real forum..if not ...i think you would better not do this..

Something that size should take you about 30-60 minutes to convert depending on your experience.
