To delete all awaiting activation accounts do i empty the table mybb_awaitingactivation ?

Yes, but that will mean people can never activate thier accounts! To activate them, you have to edit their account via the Admin CP.

i dont want to activate them cause they gave false email while registering, I want to delete them i also made a suggestion for mod about this so admins will manage to have only active members not 2000 members which only 300 offer

There will be a mod to do this eventually, but in the meantime you would not only have to clear the awaitingactivation database table, but also delete the appropriate users from the users table too.
