That is a nice theme. You know I don't care much for dark themes but I do like this one. Thanks for sharing.
I've spoken with Miko, the Owner of vBStyles on numerous accounts in the past, since before vBStyles was even a "big player" in the vBulletin Styling scene and I know that he does not allow open conversion of the styles released.
Furthermore, I know for a fact that you cannot release a paid style as a free theme....
