When people go to my register page they get the T&C's but when they click 'I Agree' the '/member.php' page fails to load.

What do I do?

The '/member.php' page is properly located in the '/forum/Upload/' folder and hasn't been tampered with?

Help will be much appreciated.

Well, first off, you might want to redo your installation, since you have uploaded the entire "Upload" folder, instead of the contents within that folder. That might have something to do with it...but even if it doesn't, I'm sure you don't want the word Upload in your forum URL.

it hasn't affected the performance of my forums for well over a year. People have been able to register no problem.

Just recently stopped. can anyone help?

Have your host take a look at the file. It seems the server is forcing the user to download it.
