I'm developing a site that targets local non-english speaking users and at the same time some forums are dedicated for intl audience in english.
If local audience see pages in English only they will escape. If intl audience see pages in local language they will escape.
I know they can select language during registration - at the second page of registration process. It's too late.
I think it would be fine to give to unregistered users the possibility to switch language from a menu. Sessions exists for unregistered users too, does not it?
I have not find it here yet. Is it possible?
