There is currently no direct way of converting from IPB to MyBB. We'll be working on converters after the release of MyBB Gold.

The only way to do this currently is to convert from IPB to phpBB, then use Lobsters tool to convert from phpBB to MyBB. Admittedly, that's not an ideal solution but it's really the only method there is at the moment.
