The plug is not working, always on the forum marks 0

What does that mean: Chmod ./inc/functions_forumlist.php to 777 ???

Its the same like when you installed your forum, you also needed to CHMOD ./inc/settings.php to 777 ...
How to CHMOD; depends on your FTP-program you use.
