All of the page in my forum (mybb.backstageneopets.com) show up as a blank. I checked the source of some of the pages via ftp and they all look fine. any clue as to what is wrong?
Which host are you on? Do any other PHP/MySQL pages on your site work? Have you checked your server's error log?
I am on hostrocket (hostrocket.com). All other PHP/MYSQL pages on my site seem to work fine and the error log does not show anything out of the ordinary.
Have you changed anything recently?

Nope, I even tried reverting to a backup and uploading a blank install with out the install folder and the inc/settings.php and inc/config.php files, but no luck.
Hmm, has your host changed anything recently then? Upgraded software etc?

nope, i do not think so
I seem to be having some trouble too. 1.2.11 isn't PHP 5 is it?
Security fixes don't change anything else but the security issue itself ... so it both works on PHP4 & 5.
The 1.2.x series will run on PHP 4.3.11.
