ok so i went and changed my theme but now None of my Mods are Shows
Eg i put in the forum Permision Mod and now it is now Showing up
And the Reputaion System is a Box with a Red X (using the Classic Rep system)
and So on and So on as mods go

You need to deactivate and reactivate your plugins so that they can make the template modifications on the new theme. If that doesn't work you'll need to contact the mod author for the specific modification instructions.
DennisTT's right (he's part of the support team after all!), you're supposed to wait 24 hours before bumping... but I think I can help on the red Xs. I think it might be something wrong inside of your images folder. I suggest uploading the images folder again, while maintaining a backup of your themes (might be erased depending which type of FTP software you use, I've known some to overwrite and some to merge themselves with the existing folder).
