i was just wondering is any custom themes that you used and if you upgrade eg when v4 comes out will you still be able to uses that theme

There will be lots of template changes with 1.4
Using an old theme will probably reduce the functionality of your boards (as some of the newer features will not be visible)
It would be best to wait for the theme to be updated - or find another one that is compatible with 1.4
