cause im tired and I am in auto pilot (clicking , asking , my eyes are red after 3 hours on the puter )

You should have them backed up on your computer.

I backup my whole mySQL server. It gets the job done .

hmmm my host uses cpanel and cpanel has an icon called "Disk Backup" and a back up wizard which I guess is OK to use also. Just that im give the option of saving to my computer or to the database (me thinks)
