Very strange, I get an error that states I cant extract encrypted files when using my windows file extractor. I had a zip around of a theme, it un-zipped fine. What do you think could be the reason? Thoughts?

This has been happening to me too with the latest two change files archives. I use ICEOWS normally and had to download PeaZip to extract the archives.
I use Winrar, and I never had any problems.
Yeah, WinRAR is my suggestion.... it's pretty much an unlimited trial (It only has a popup whenever you open a file if you don't purchase it, plus it's not very much of a nuisance - you click continue).
It could be that you downloaded it temporarily, then closed IE7. Try and download and then keep IE7 open. It happens to me, both in FF2 and IE7...
The zipped files might be secured from the original file; try asking Chris to see what's going on.
