I was wondering if this is possible:
I'm making a custom user group for 1 user in my clan specifically to control the players and make sure they're active in the forums etc...Basically, I want to give him adminCP access or some sort of access where he can ONLY move users to different user groups, remove their account and change their password. I thought I saw how to do this somewhere on the forums, but I haven't been able to find it!!!
