Wish u all Happy New Year

Can someone please help me or suggest me how to change the editor to Rich Text ? i tried alot to find in the Admin CP but i think there is no Option in mybb forum or i not got ? please if someone help me or take this idea for future board.

It seems for 1.2.3 and looks messup thing and also costly $28 Approx my pocket didnt allow this better i try something myself .
