i want to ask about hidden links mod that force user must reply first to thread before they can see the link...

any plugin like that?

Not to my knowledge, but that could be a bad idea. It would probably fill the thread with spam the internet is leechers leechers pros noobs leechers and users oh and more leechers >.<
Mabye if you set it so you had to post over 100 meaningful characters.. Or what you do is you put the download link on the 2nd or 3rd page have a fake one on the first page mabye? just suggestions...
