I know some possible template conflicts can cause that issue. Is this a clean install?
Can you also give me which version you're using?

Lastly, perhaps a link to your board, and maybe PM me an admin account so I can test it out.

i dont know what is clean install...
im using 1.2.9
and i want to give you an account but my forum is in hebrew, not english...
maybe you can explain to me what the posible problems?

Ahh, there's an known issue with non UTF-8 systems.

This should fix it: http://community.mybboard.net/attachment.php?aid=8335

Rename it to myplaza_general.php and upload to /inc/myplaza
