Undisclosed is not the same as Other. Undisclosed means you are not willing to say whether or not you're Male, Female, or Other. Other means you are willing to say that you are not Male or Female.

No, male or female do not have anything to do with sexual preference. Male is pretty much being a man, female is being a woman and other would be neither man nor woman.
