I inserted an image which caused a horizontal scroll bar to be created on my forum?

But, on my forum however, a horizontal scroll bar is created. Anyone know how to avoid that?

In the meantime what I did was I realized that the image size was too big...so i edited the image size a bit smaller and the scroll bar went away. So thanks for now.
