Where can I get some medal images like those wings and microphone and all those? I see 'em on other people's websites. Where do they get them?

www.iconbuffet.com is where they have a bunch of them. The ones you are referring to are called IconBuffet. You make friends with people who have them, and then they can be sent to you for free. My username is the same there as here.
