Umm how did you lose it? Also you didn't take one backup in 8 months?

Yes i did they disabled my site and my account and they didn't even tell me.

when you say your site you many your host done it or you were hacked?

no they just disabled the account but no reason why.

What content was on your site? They obviously had a reason for doing it, and perhaps you either didn't read their Terms Of Service or you chose to ignore it!

I thought you had a free host? You probably when over the server limits with the account, and to be honest free hosts don't generally tell you when you break their requirements since they have no obligation to.

Free hosts are incredibly risky...often they just close shop and leave their clients hung out to dry.
