I am not able to login as an administrator, but I can on my regular account when I first installed the forum script

I can login and a link to the Admin CP shows up, but when I access the administration login page, I do the same login as my normal one and it say's "Invalid Administration Session."
Any help here?
Edit: I tried another host and it was that host specifically using weird ad displays.
Problem solved, my other host is 5x faster and doesn't restrict like this one
