Please help... I received this error when I am trying to move a thread from one forum to another.

Which MyBB version are you running?
Do you have any old plugins (like the trash can plugin)? Look at the mods site for updated versions.

do you think that error came from plugins?

I guess I've got the latest plugin caused I just installed mybb nearly to two weeks ago.
Upload a fresh copy of inc/functions.php.
I uplaoded a fresh copy of inc/functions.php but the error still persist

Then you have an old copy of inc/functions.php or your having FTP problems in which we cannot assist you
