first i need plugin to view my threads As News in dynamic bar with pics
like what found in vb abd ipb

second i want a thread and post count of each user
mean every user have his post and thread count in his info

Post count is already a feature of myBB.

I don't know about a latest threads plugin that shows pictures as well, but you might want to take a look at this mod: http://mods.mybboard.net/view/latest-news-on-index

It shows a link to the latest thread in your announcement forum on the index page.

Michael83's Overview mod shows the latest threads among other things, and my favourite is Smethead's Advanced Stats on Index/Portal which also includes the option to show the latest threads on your index page and it also allows you to show the most popular threads, and more.
