Recently I have been seeing some forums with a default message when you begin a new thread. It's handy to enforce rules, to remind members of posting ettiquete, or for a template for sales forums.

So...took some time today to whip this out. Works good.

License is GNU/GPL attached inside extras folder.

This really cool and would make it easier to catch spam bots maybe? I mean if they don't delete the text their obviously really stupid or not human.

I may try it out when I get my board up and runny.
