When I logged out it comes a blank page.And cannot again open my web site.Just a blank page.What must I do to log in again or to see my index page?
It might be your web host, then again I could be wrong.

noone can register my forum coz they cannot see index page.But members who logged before can see forum.

Try reuploading your files. Make sure .php files are uploaded in text. Also yes it might help to have your forum URL posted here.
I solved that problem by reuploading the newest version.But I have a different problem now.No one can register or login my forum.There is an unknown error when I try to open home page.
