I've just upgraded and now I can't login. I am experiencing symtoms to that of a cookie problem, but from what I can see, no settings have been changed.

The upgrade didn't change anything relating to login so whatever your problem is doesn't relate to the update.
(right now your board won't load...)

I can't either. Are you sure your site isn't stored in your browser cache? Try hard reloading the page.
