Upgraded from 1.2.11 to 1.2.12 and I am receiving this error when I try to post:
Authorisation code mismatch. Are you accessing this function correctly? Please go back and try again.
Any help will be appreciated.

Exact same problem here, upgraded from 1.2.11 to 1.2.12, ran the install/update.php script and I'm also getting the exact same error.
This seems to be the only thread about this error as Googling doesn't help :\
Did you remove the lock file before running the upgrade script?
Posting replies works fine for me, but deleting a post via the red X and the quick edit gives these errors.

Have you been assigned moderator of the forum group (category) or invididual forums?
Make sure you have downloaded the correct package. I belive the one on the site doesn't contain the updated thread.js. Try replacing it in /jscripts/thread.js[attachment=8478]
ct2k7: Not sure what you mean by that, but I'm a global moderator with admin privs.

Clear your cache.
Btw, the one on the site has now been updated
