In Fx it looks ok, in IE it looks like the screen and in Opera you don't see the tabs (memberlist, search, ... ) =P

Theme is totally messed up in IE
You really ought to develop your themes to work across all browser types, not every one has or wants to use Firefox and besides IE still dominates the browser market.
