On IE it looks fine. I am not a big fan of shoutboxes though. I think it takes away from the forum but to each his own...
Only thing I suggest, is putting some form of description where the logo (header) is. No clue what your forum is about :p

I agree with the shoutbox comment, it is there because the community voted for it.
Mainly anyone using the forum is directed from the main website (kynto.com) by then they have an understanding of it's use.
