I am after turning my PC into a linux box, as i have a laptop now. Which is the best one to get would you say? i am a coder and designer. I also have a belkin wireless network adapter and i remember that being a world of trouble last time i tried? any suggestions.
Ubuntu/Kubuntu are the easiest to use, and for PHP programming, is all you will need. Still, as a designer, you'd be better off staying with Windows, as I don't know of any really great design applications that compare to Paint Shop, Photoshop or Fireworks.

Well if any will work with it would be Ubuntu as it has probably one of the larger compatibility lists. But try asking over at the Ubuntu Forum to see if anyone has tried it with your wireless adapter.
