I installed but not working. I created a page called "rules" but appears that it was not found.

Because you probably haven't got pages.php in your forum root.

or your host dosen't support .htaccess.

When I downloaded the module, it didnt come with a pages.php file.
Any idea why?

If you're using v3.0, I believe it was missing at first, it'll either be in the download package now, or it's in the thread somewhere, that's how I got it.

where is the download link and which is the latest version ?? on mods sites it still show 1.0 version thats not working with mybb1.4
