I really like the header they have at spicefuse.com you know how after the logo theres a userbar and below it theres the search,members, help ect.
How can I do this, is there a php code I can add?
You'll need to be competent at HTML and CSS.
You can perform edits through Templates.

I created a MyBB on my own and installed the Inventory Shop plug-in by Ryan Ashbrook.
Now I want to get a button/header right there where the options "Member List", "Help" etc. are.
Can someone help me, please?

First of all, this would be better in Plugins & Code Modifications Support subforum.
Your problem can be resolved inside your templates. Go to your AdminCP -> Templates -> Edit/Delete -> [your theme] -> Expand -> Header -> Change Original. Add the html code to that template and save it.
