I was change theme for 1.2.12. But problem with noticed when i post new thread or post reply

Thank you, but my error can't fix.

My forum new fully install from 1.2.12 source MyBB.

When create new thread => no broblem
When post reply in thread => error appear (however, i select "Preview" > "Post" is ok)
