This mod adds a link that functions just like the New Thread button in the forumdisplay, except it appears under the forum description wherever forums are displayed.

It's the install hack, guests aren't allowed to view modification threads.

Your link was fooked up, but is fixed in this quote. Anyway, your mod does what I thought.
