I am looking for a plugin that shows news added by admins in my portal.
This news only can added, deleted, changed by admins and shows the most important news from the forum in the portal.

admin function]
- add news headline
- add news
- when needed read more link (hyperlink)
- change function
- delete function
- possibility to add more as one newsline (like example 3)

in portal (what members see)
- headline
- the news
- date added
- added by
- read more image

As example I add an image of my portal how it must look like

i made me a news script but i don't know how to integrate it into mybb with admin en the template things

help here plzz
