Howto change codepage from ISO-8859-1 to CP1251, if forum is installed?

Go to Admin CP/templates /"Theme" templates/ Expand and edit the header_include template but replacing the ISO-8859-1 with the one u want. If u have more than 1 themes u need to this in all header_include templates of each theme
