What do I´ve to do to be able to cancel my participation in a forum?

You can remove all your thread and forum subscriptions in the User CP. You can also disable the PM system and hide your email address in your User CP Options so that nobody can contact you.

But an easier way would be just to send a private message to the forum's administrator and request to be deleted.
