At the top of many pages and even appearing in place of some pages is this

This began appearing after installation of the games mods. I removed all of the mods (not just deactivate but removed the files) and I'm still getting the error.

Did you modify global.php in Notepad? I'd recommending uploading a fresh global.php and avoid doing any editing in Notepad. There are plenty of free php editors to be found online.

How logical! AND... it worked!!!! Thank you for taking the time to think about my issue.

No problem, and you should be able to put your plugins back. They don't cause that kind of error.
