My Few Forums are Not listing in google search.
if i change the index title of my community does it effects?
or if i change the name of my forums?
any good tip regarding to search engines?
Simple answer is Promotion.
Get links and submit to directories.
PS. Bitlinks is listed in google.

Google does not instantly index your site/forums. Even if you see the bot browsing, it does not mean it will be indexed then and there. Give it some time.
Even submitting your URL doesn't mean it will be instantly indexed, only once a bot has visited it will it have any chance of being indexed.
Also a good tip is to use DNS or A record for your domain and not Redirect.
Yeah you need to wait a little bit, and promote, promote, promote. Just make sure when you do so your not spamming any other forums.
Also use the submit to google tool and use the google web master tools.
