Hide Links to users who haven't replied

i have upload that file in plugins dir

but not appear in plugin manager

i m using mybb 1.2.12

??????????????? plz help any one

Hi,
Generally, plugin PHP files must be uploaded to your <MyBB Install Dir>/inc/plugins/ folder. Are you sure you have uploaded the file there?
