I have just installed mybb 12.12 on my server.
Everything is configured correctly

I was wondering how the Plugins & Code Modifications was created, because everytime I tried to create one that looks like it it will give me a section where you can put subforums threads will be on the bottom. How do you remove the stuff under the subform

You mean creating a "Category"? To do that you create a new forum, but set "Act As Forum" to "No", and make sure the "Parent Forum" is set to "none"

I know how to create a category, but if you look in Plugins & Code Modification there seems to be a category inside a forum without it looking like a category.

I think that is a category within a category?

I know, but it looks different when I setup a Category within a category

If you make a category within a category and then make forums within that category, it should look the same as here. I have something similar on my site, and it looks the same.
