My third theme. Everything mine except buttons made by ffw.

Use and distribute freely. Just say where you got it or where it originated from if you modify it.

Login to Admin CP > Themes > Import

Select "Browse..." and upload the theme's .XML file.

Put the brownandgrey forlder inside your images folder from the zip file via FTP.

So like images/brownandgrey/...

Not bad .... you put lightblue on the second to last line up there... before you said "forlder inside your images folder from the zip file via FTP."

The blue collapse/d icons don't really match but everything DOES look good . The logo could use some refining, but that's not very important...
