MyBB Community Forums

Just wondering folks:

At the top of this page (MyBB Community) they have an 'Announcements' like part at the top of the forum which says "Latest News: Open MyBB Team Positions (16/02/2008)" 2 others. Is this a feature only added to this community, or can this be done on any MyBB Installation? If so, how can I do it?

I tried whit that site but I couldn't get it working in the line.

I get a dot under the line and I want it in the line white no dots
