I have been hacked on http://www.talkegyptian.com by some banana from Saudi Arabia, hes name is apparently MeSmAr Jo7A. I am not really sure what to do as I cant access the forum at all. anyway to recover my posts and such?

also how did he do that, does that mean he had access to my web hosting or did this somehow throught the forum?

Can you make a database and file backup to your computer. Also try and get your server logs. What version of MyBB were you using?

EDIT: the error I receive now tells me that the database password specified in the forum configuration is incorrect.

login to your hosting panel and change you database password back to the original. then try and access the forums.
